"Delivery was fine, I guess"
It showed up late, but you know, no big deal or anything. The packaging just looked a bit thrown together, which was... fine, I suppose. Not the best first impression, but it arrived.

"Cancelled without much hassle"
I ended up cancelling my order and the refund came through okay. It did take a little bit, but compared to some other companies I’ve dealt with, it wasn’t too stressful or complicated.

"Great value and a really easy gift"
I booked a dinner experience through Truly Experiences and, i was happy with it. The price felt fair for what we got, and using the voucher was really straightforward. No awkward surprises or "extra" costs when we got there, which I definitely appreciated.
As a gift, it felt like much better value than just buying something random for the sake of it. It was easy, thoughtful, and felt like a "proper" treat. I’d happily use them again...

I booked a dinner experience and the date I wanted wasn’t available, but they checked with the partner and found another slot quickly. It was all really straightforward, the voucher worked fine, and we ended up having a lovely night

"Really lovely experience, would deffo book again"
I booked a dinner experience through Truly Experiences and it was all easy. The voucher worked fine and the restaurant knew what it was straight away, so there was no awkward explaining or standing around waiting.
The meal itself was really nice and felt a bit special without being too posh or over the top. Staff were lovely too. Only tiny thing was I had to double check dates a couple of times, but overall I was really happy with it and would book again.

At first the gift options looked nice, but once I filtered by location, the selection got really limited. I was trying to find something for my dad and didn’t see much that fit. I also reached out to support and the replies felt kind of copy-pasted, which made it more frustrating than helpful...

I redeemed a voucher on Truly Experiences and it did work in the end, so that’s a plus. The process just wasn’t super clear tbh, and I ended up having to contact support once to figure things out. They did reply and helped, but it wasn’t exactly speedy lol. Overall it was fine, just could definitely be smoother

"Pretty easy to book, honestly"
I booked a gift experience on the site and it was all painless. I was half expecting to get stuck somewhere, because that usually happens right when you think you’re done, but no, the pages loaded quickly, everything was laid out clearly, and checkout actually made sense. I found what I needed fast, had a quick look around just to be sure, and then booked it without any fuss.

The booking went through okay, so no real issues there. A few steps just weren’t super clear and I found myself going back to double check things like... wait, did I pick the right option? Not a bad experience, just feels like it could be a bit simpler

"Customer service was a big help"
I had to change my booking last minute, which I was expecting to be a bit of a hassle. I emailed customer service and they got back to me quicker than I thought they would. There wasn’t loads of back and forth or anything, they just sorted it and explained what I needed to do next. Made the whole situation way less stressful, especially when I was already thinking it was going to turn into one of those annoying... anyway, I’d definitely use them again.
